1. Before work begins
If you cancel in writing before Boreal Growth Co. begins the agreed work or commits funds to third parties, payments for that work will be refunded in full.
2. After work begins
After work begins, you are responsible for the value of work performed and approved costs incurred up to the cancellation date. Any unused prepaid amount for work not performed will be refunded. A project agreement may identify a deposit or milestone payment as non-refundable where it reasonably covers scheduling, discovery or work already completed.
3. Completed and accepted digital services
Payments for completed and accepted digital services are not refundable except where required by law or where Boreal Growth Co. agrees that the delivered work materially fails to match the written scope and cannot be reasonably corrected.
4. Recurring services
You may cancel a recurring service by emailing us before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a billing period already started. Any different notice period will be clearly stated in the applicable service agreement.
5. Third-party costs
Advertising spend, domain registrations, hosting, software subscriptions, licences and other third-party charges are non-refundable once purchased or committed, unless the third-party provider issues a refund.
6. Requesting a refund
Email brodyhbofficial@gmail.com with your name, business name, invoice or payment reference, reason for the request and relevant project details. We will review the request and normally reply within five business days. Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method and may take additional time to appear.
7. Legal rights
This policy does not limit any cancellation, refund or other rights that apply under Ontario or Canadian law.
